Restoring Nervous System Capacity for Steady Leadership
Nervous system regulation workshops for leaders and professionals under sustained pressure.
Supporting clear thinking, presence, and sound decision-making in real time.
My approach to nervous system regulation
I design and lead structured workshops that support nervous system regulation for adults in high-responsibility roles. My work is practical, grounded, and focused on skills people can use immediately to stay oriented and effective under pressure.
My role is to guide a clear, practical process that restores nervous system capacity—so individuals regain steadiness, sharpen decision-making, and stay oriented under pressure.
For leaders & managers
For leaders, managers, and professionals under sustained pressure to maintain clarity and make sound decisions under sustained pressure.
For teams experiencing burnout
Ideal for teams experiencing burnout, overload, or decision fatigue, seeking renewed focus, energy, and capacity.
For value-driven organizations
Designed for organizations that value consent, emotional safety, human dignity, and a calm, grounded approach.
Initial contact is by email so I can understand your context before scheduling anything.
A unique approach to resilience
I offer self-led regulation, not a productivity system. This work strengthens individual nervous system capacity, which supports steadiness in relationships, healthier group dynamics, and the long-term health of organizations and communities.
What participants can expect
Participants can expect a structured experience that supports:
- A concise, clear explanation of how stress impacts the nervous system.
- Guided self-regulation practices including evidence-based EFT tapping.
- No required talking, sharing, or emotional disclosure.
- Tools that can be used privately at work or at home.
- A calm, contained experience with clear professional boundaries.
My emphasis is on skills that support internal regulation and sound judgment in professional settings.
About Me
Hi, I’m Christa Bates, founder of Verity Co LLC. I’m an EFT advocate and I teach self-led resilience for adults in high-responsibility roles. My work is trauma-informed, grounded in nervous system education, and built around the AC²™ framework: Awareness, Compassion, and Choice.
My role is not to regulate people or do the work for them. My role is to guide a clear, practical process that helps individuals restore agency and steadiness under pressure.
I work best with organizations that respect autonomy and understand that nervous system regulation nourishes company culture and longevity.

How Groups Usually Begin
Research and evidence
EFT has a growing body of research supporting its use for stress reduction and emotional regulation. If your organization prefers to review research context before scheduling a pilot, I can provide a short overview.
If you already follow EFT research updates, you may also prefer to review annual summaries published by EFT researchers.
For internal review
If helpful, you can download a brief overview designed for HR and organizational leaders. It’s intended for internal circulation and outlines the structure, boundaries, and purpose of this work.
Next step
Interested in a pilot workshop? The simplest next step is a short conversation to see whether this approach fits your culture and your people. No pressure. If it is not a fit, I will tell you.
Pricing & engagement structure
This work is priced by container, not by individual participants. Organizations typically begin with a single pilot workshop offered at a flat rate. The scope, duration, and boundaries of the pilot are defined in advance.
There is no expectation of continuation. After the pilot, we decide together whether further work is appropriate.
This structure supports clarity, fairness, and clean boundaries for everyone involved.
