Pricing
My services are designed for individuals ready to engage in deeper self-understanding and nervous system regulation. I use trauma-informed tools including EFT tapping, Root Cause Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Session times listed are minimums. I allow additional time when needed to support completion and integration.
