Why I Created Mind Music

While searching for music to support my clients during coaching sessions, I found myself exploring binaural and frequency channels on YouTube.
Much of what I found was disappointing - repetitive phrases, jarring percussion, and musical intervals that induce stress instead of calm. I began questioning whether the “healing frequencies” claimed were actually serving the nervous system at all.
In my first year collaborating with clients and crafting guided audios, I became increasingly frustrated by the lack of high-quality music that genuinely supported regulation.
