Terms and Conditions

Effective date: July 31, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made from Verity Co LLC through christabates.com, wishtapping.com, and any related checkout pages, courses, trainings, or digital products operated by Verity Co LLC.

By completing a purchase, creating an account, or accessing a product or training, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or access the materials.

1. Company Information

Verity Co LLC
Star, Idaho 83669, USA
Email: hello@christabates.com

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase our professional trainings, courses, or services.

3. Digital Products and Training

Our offerings may include self-paced courses, videos, written lessons, downloads, worksheets, digital tools, email support, and other educational resources. The specific materials included in your purchase are described on the applicable sales or checkout page.

We may update, reorganize, replace, or improve course materials over time so the training can remain useful and current. These updates do not guarantee that every lesson, bonus, or feature will remain permanently unchanged.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase and may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and any payment options made available through Stripe.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. If a tax is legally required, it may be added to the purchase price or collected as required by applicable law.

5. Course Delivery and Access

Digital access is generally provided shortly after successful payment. Access instructions will be sent to the email address used at checkout, so you are responsible for entering an accurate email address and checking your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

If you do not receive access or experience a technical problem, contact hello@christabates.com so we can help.

6. Meaning of Lifetime Access

When an offer includes “lifetime access,” this means access for the operational life of that specific digital product while Verity Co LLC continues to offer and support it. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, and it does not guarantee that a particular website, platform, lesson format, bonus, or technology will remain available forever.

We may move the training to another platform, revise its format, or discontinue it because of legal, technical, business, or platform-related changes. When reasonably practical, we will provide notice or an opportunity to download any eligible materials before permanent discontinuation.

7. No-Refund Policy

Because our courses and digital products provide immediate access to proprietary educational materials, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please review the offer carefully before purchasing. If you are charged more than once for the same purchase or cannot access what you purchased, contact hello@christabates.com so we can investigate and correct the issue.

Choosing not to complete or use a training does not create a right to a refund.

8. Account Security and Individual Access

Your purchase provides one personal, non-transferable license unless the offer specifically states otherwise. You may not share your login, allow another person to access the training through your account, or purchase one seat for use by a group, organization, or team.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, written materials, graphics, frameworks, downloads, exercises, branding, and other resources are owned by or licensed to Verity Co LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase gives you permission to use the materials for your own education and professional development. It does not transfer ownership to you.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, record, republish, upload, or distribute the training or its materials.

  • Share downloads, videos, screenshots, login details, or lesson content with others.

  • Resell, sublicense, translate, or create derivative products from the materials.

  • Present our materials, language, frameworks, or exercises as your own training or certification.

  • Use course content to train an artificial-intelligence system or build a competing product.

You may apply the skills you learn within your own lawful scope of practice, but you may not distribute or teach our protected materials as though they were your own.

10. Educational Purpose and Professional Scope

Our courses and resources are provided for education and professional development. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, legal advice, crisis support, or a substitute for services from a qualified professional.

Purchasing or participating in a training does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, coach-client, supervisory, fiduciary, or other professional-care relationship with Verity Co LLC or Christa Bates.

EFT Academy teaches skills and principles, but completion does not provide licensure, clinical credentials, legal authorization, or permission to work outside your existing education, qualifications, professional role, or scope of practice. Unless an offer explicitly says otherwise, the training is not an EFT practitioner certification.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use the information, obtaining appropriate consent, recognizing when referral is needed, and following the laws, ethics, regulations, and professional standards that apply to you.

11. Safety and Personal Responsibility

EFT and nervous-system education can bring attention to emotions, memories, physical sensations, or personal experiences. You are responsible for using your judgment, pausing when needed, and seeking appropriate professional or emergency support when an issue is beyond the purpose of the training.

Do not use our products as emergency or crisis services. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

12. Results Disclaimer

We do not promise or guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, emotional, physical, or therapeutic result. Examples, stories, testimonials, and research discussions are provided for education and do not guarantee that you or your clients will experience the same outcome.

Your results depend on many factors, including your participation, judgment, circumstances, qualifications, and appropriate use of the material.

13. EFT Academy Companion GPT and Other AI Tools

Any AI-based companion or digital assistant included with a training is an optional learning aid. It may help you review concepts, consider language, or organize your thinking, but it can misunderstand context and produce incomplete or inaccurate information.

AI output is not medical, mental-health, legal, ethical, or professional advice, and it does not replace your judgment, supervision, training, or responsibility. Do not enter identifying client information, protected health information, confidential records, or other sensitive personal data into an AI tool.

14. Email Communication

We will use the email address provided at checkout to deliver access information, receipts, essential account notices, training updates, guidance, and support related to your purchase.

We may also send separate promotional or marketing emails when permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the link in the message, although you may still receive transactional or service-related communications needed to provide your purchase.

Our collection and use of personal information are further explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our websites, checkout pages, course delivery, payment processing, videos, email, and digital tools may rely on third-party providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for temporary outages, service changes, or failures caused by a third-party provider, although we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or offer an appropriate alternative when a problem affects a purchased product.

16. Acceptable Use and Termination

You agree not to misuse our websites, products, community spaces, support channels, or technology; interfere with another student's experience; attempt unauthorized access; or use our materials unlawfully.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, share or reproduce protected content, engage in fraud, misuse the training, or threaten the safety or rights of others. When access is terminated because of a material violation, no refund will be provided except where required by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verity Co LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our websites, products, or training.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Idaho, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact hello@christabates.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our products, practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. The terms presented at the time of your purchase will continue to govern that transaction, except where a later change is required by law or is necessary for the safe and lawful operation of the service.

20. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, the applicable offer or checkout page, and our Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and Verity Co LLC concerning your purchase.

These service-related emails help us provide what you purchased and support you as you use it.

We may also send separate promotional or marketing emails when permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the message.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails may not stop necessary transactional, account, or course-related messages connected with an active purchase or support request.

Some trainings may include access to an optional AI-based learning resource, such as the EFT Academy Companion GPT.

These resources may help you review course concepts, think through language, or organize your ideas, but they are operated through third-party technology and may produce incomplete or inaccurate information.
